In this talk I review the photon contribution to the electroweak corrections for some of the most relevant processes at the LHC, namely, the Drell-Yan, $VV$, $t \bar{t}$ and dijet production.
In the discussion I focus on two dominant effects: photon radiation from final-state light particles and the impact of the photon PDF.
